The Company was today informed that, pursuant to their participation in the placing which was conditionally announced by the Company on 19 January 2007, the following directors of the Company have increased their respective holdings in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each (“Shares”) as detailed below. All of the Ordinary Shares were subscribed for as part of the placing at the placing price of 16 pence (“Placing Price”).

*Mr Wilson’s holding includes 17,823,802 Ordinary Shares held by Roselea Limited, a company in which Mr. Wilson has a 26% interest and is a director.
