The Company received a notification on 25 September 2007 that as of 20 September 2007, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 94,248,308 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 6.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 27,332,032 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 66,916,276 as nominee.
