The Company was notified on 24 August 2007 that, as at close of business on 23 August 2007, Oppenheimer Funds Inc had reduced its interest in the Ordinary Shares in the Company and had fallen below 3% of the total issued share capital of the Company and is no longer a notifiable interest.
