The Company received a notification on 27 December 2007 that as of 24 December 2007, Artemis Investment Management Ltd  had an interest in 105,988,897 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 6.43 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
