The Company received a notification on 1 May 2008 that as of 29 April 2008, BlackRock Inc had reduced its interest to 73,778,889 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 4.47 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
