The Company received notification on 15th February 2010 that as of 11th February 2010, Invesco Ltd had an interest in 48,165,876 ordinary shares of 40p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 21.96 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
