Total Voting Rights

Sterling (AIM: SEY), confirms that, as at 23 December 2009, pursuant to the Firm Placing, Open Offer and Consolidation its capital consisted of 219,300,085 ordinary shares of 40 pence each with voting rights.  No shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 219,300,085.

The above figure (219,300,085) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
