The Company received notification on 5th November 2008 that as of 4th November 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 326,530,076 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 14.04 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 32,241,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 294,288,942 as nominee.
