Under Rule 8.3 of the city code on Takeovers and Mergers, the Company received notification on the 20th of November 2008 that as of 19th November 2008, Gartmore Inventments Management Ltd had an interest in 131,411,948 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
