The Company received notification on 7th September 2009 that as of 4th September 2009, Gartmore Investment Ltd had an interest in 91,657,756 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 3.941 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
