The Company received notification on 8th September 2009 that as of 8th September 2009, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 526,121,808 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 7.38 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 36,591,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 489,530,674 as nominee.
