The Company received notification on 6th August 2008 that as of 5th August 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 256,668,396 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 15.55 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 32,241,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 224,427,262 as nominee.
