The Company received notification on 2nd July 2008 that as of 1st july 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 232,575,858 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 14.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 32,241,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 200,334,724 as nominee.
