The Company received a notification on 6 May 2009 that as of 5 May 2009, Capital Group Companies Inc had reduced its interest to 37,565,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 1.61 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
