The Company received notification on 6th May 2009 that as of 5th May 2009, Gartmore Investment Management had an interest in 141,205,759 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 6.072 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
