The Company received notification on 29th May 2008 that as of 28th May 2008, Mr Denis O’Brien had an interest in 216,175,489 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 13.11 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr O’Brien holds 32,241,134 in his name and Baycliffe Limited holds 183,934,355 as nominee.
