The Company received notification on 9th September 2009 that as of 7th September 2009, Waterford Finance & Investment Ltd had an interest in 2,139,847,102 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 29.99 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
