The Company received notification on 12th October 2009 that as of 8th October 2009, Invesco Ltd had an interest in 1,631,720,318 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This interest represents approximately 22.87 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
